Priceless Resource Consulting Group (PRCG) is an energy consulting company. PRCG serves businesses in New Jersey and New York. By reducing energy and water costs for your business, PRCG frees up revenue that can be profit or invested into additional business development.
PRCG provides services such as benchmarking, energy audits, and energy efficient retrofits. Our services enable compliance with local benchmarking and building energy performance standard ordinances, in both New Jersey and New York City.

Business energy saver program
In this zero-cost program, we provide advanced LED lighting upgrades for commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties (at least four units). This includes the audit, installation, and financing of LED fixtures. These LED retrofits reduce the monthly electric bill and the carbon footprint of the building. This program is available in both New York and New Jersey. The Energy Saver Program assesses areas for improvement, develops an actionable plan for minimizing energy costs, and then installs the LED lighting.
Energy benchmarking
PRCG helps businesses and building owners comply energy benchmarking laws in New Jersey and New York City (Local Laws 97 & 84). The PRCG team submits reports on behalf of our clients through the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager software, using accurate reporting. PRCG factors in local ordinance deadlines and other requirements as we prepare your reporting.
PRCG can also assist when buildings have received a notification from the Board of Utilities that their energy performance is below ordinance requirements. We partner with our clients to ensure their buildings get a compliant ENERGY STAR benchmarking score, by providing valuable insights on areas for cost-effective energy improvements. Our data-driven benchmarking approach helps building owners make informed decisions about improving their building’s energy performance and efficiency.
Energy audit
PRCG can assess your building’s envelope as well as the major building systems, to identify the most cost-effective energy saving opportunities within your building. A thorough report of potential energy saving opportunities is created using energy audit software. This audit provides property owners calculated energy saving potential and the retrofit costs to install smart lighting and other solutions. Building owners then have all of the information they need to make smart decisions about reducing their utility costs.
